These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern Your access to and use of romabio.com (the “Website”), as well as Your interactions with Romabio through our sales, support, training, and communication channels, including SMS text messaging as described in Section 9 below.

By accessing or using the Website, purchasing Romabio products, enrolling in a Romabio SMS program, or otherwise interacting with Romabio, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or Our services.

1. About Romabio

Romabio Paints, LLC is headquartered at 1465 Trae Lane, Lithia Springs, GA. We design, manufacture, and sell mineral-based and limewash paints, coatings, primers, plasters, and related tools and accessories for architectural and construction use. Our products and resources are used by:

  • Professional painters and painting contractors
  • Architects and designers
  • Preferred PRO applicators
  • Independent retailers and dealers
  • Homeowners and DIY customers

We provide product information, technical resources, training, and customer support related to the proper selection, use, and application of Romabio products.

4. Preferred PRO Program and Referrals

Participation in the Romabio Preferred PRO program, or requests for referrals to a Preferred PRO applicator, are subject to the terms described in Our Privacy Policy. Romabio facilitates connections between homeowners/customers and independent PRO applicators but is not a party to, and assumes no liability for, work performed by independent PROs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and training materials — is the property of Romabio Paints, LLC or Our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from this content without Our prior written permission.

This section governs Your enrollment in and receipt of text messages (“SMS,” “text messages,” or “messages”) from Romabio Paints, LLC, sent through Our messaging platform provider, SalesMsg.

9.1 Program Description

Romabio’s SMS program is designed for professional painters, contractors, architects, designers, dealers, and homeowners who want direct updates from Romabio. By opting in, You may receive messages related to:

  • Product training and education — application tips, technique guidance, and how-to content for Romabio products
  • Customer and technical support — responses to inquiries, order or appointment updates, and troubleshooting help
  • Product information and updates — new product launches, technical data, and availability

You may opt in to Romabio’s SMS program by:

  • Submitting Your mobile number through a web form on romabio.com
  • Texting a designated keyword to Our SMS number
  • Providing Your mobile number in person (e.g., at a training event, trade show, or retail location) and checking an opt-in box
  • Providing Your mobile number through another enrollment method that clearly discloses these SMS Terms

By opting in, You represent that You are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that You are at least 18 years of age.

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of any purchase, training enrollment, or service from Romabio.

9.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the type of messages You’ve opted in to receive and Your interactions with Romabio. You may receive recurring messages.

9.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on Your mobile carrier and plan. Romabio is not responsible for any charges from Your wireless carrier related to Your receipt of these messages.

9.5 Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages from Romabio at any time by replying STOP to any message. After You reply STOP, We will send one final confirmation message, and You will no longer receive text messages from Us unless You opt in again.

Our SMS program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage may not be available in all areas or on all devices.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services (such as SalesMsg and the carriers necessary to deliver Your messages).

9.9 Privacy

Your use of Romabio’s SMS program is also subject to Our Privacy Policy, which describes how We collect, use, and protect Your information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website or Our services after changes are posted constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
